Service support is key to ensure the reliability and durability expectations are met and to this end Kubota New Zealand invests considerable time and effort in technical training schemes both onsite and at the National Training Centre in Palmerston North. Supported by the National Technical Support Team authorised dealer technicians located around New Zealand have a superior support forum to obtain support and knowledge to better look after the client’s needs.

The Care package does not end there. We want to know from the client their experience of the product and service provided. What could be done better? What was done well? With the purchase of any new Kubota, every client will receive evaluation questionnaires after 90 days and 9 months to express their thoughts. It’s all part of the package. The Kubota Care package.
